Another session at Sertso Studios on January 20th! This time Karl Berger joined the quartet (David, Daniel Carter, Will McEvoy, Max Goldman). This was an inspirational session, and with a lot of deep, deep listening the session is sure to yield some great cuts.

Memories of the Stone Workshop Orchestra
December 5th was the final night of an eight month run of the Stone Workshop Orchestra, lead by pianist and vibraphonist Karl Berger.
David participated from the very beginning and had the honor of playing with a host of skilled improvisers.
The group grew by leaps and bounds in its final months, Karl having developed original and organic instructions and paths for improvisation. Below are a few photos of the group as they rehearsed and performed.
